I keep coming back to Howick to get the shot that I can see here but never quite capture.
I guess it’s a bit like the waves that crash into the rocks below this house but only very slowly wear them away.
I hope it doesn’t take me quite as long to get what I am hoping for but sometimes you just have to keep working patiently towards your goals.
I stopped off briefly at Lindisfarne to see if anything was happening but the light was a bit harsh and the National Trust have vandalised these Peggity Huts by screwing a large plastic life ring holder to the front face of them.
They really don’t seem to understand the first thing about conservation these days, they are just interested in fleecing the public and ripping off photographers as far as I can see.
I took a couple of infra-red shots from this side and then made my way further North.
